Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
  • Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
  • Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  • Understand the membership software system.
  • Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
  • Experience the products and services on offer.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities above expectations, actively supporting the team.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
  • Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.

  • Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
  • Able to fulfill operational key holder duties as needed
  • Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
