Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
- Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
- Experience the products and services on offer.
- Maintain the cleanliness of facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Need to be:
- Outgoing, positive personality
- Competent with administrative duties
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
- Able to undertake operational key holder duties
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
- Flexible to work shifts and support the team
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
