Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
  • Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  • Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
  • Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus areas; participate actively.
  • Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
  • Experience and promote the products and services offered.
  • Ensure the facilities are maintained to high standards through active involvement in the club's upkeep, with team support.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
  • Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications

Must be:

  • Outgoing, with a positive mindset
  • Competent in administrative duties
  • Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop both behaviors and role-specific skills
  • Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities to advance your career
  • Capable of fulfilling operational key holder duties as required
  • Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
  • Flexible to work shifts that meet the business needs and support team members
  • Target-focused, supporting the club’s sales and retention goals for success
