Co-op Digital is hiring a Membership Data Analyst to join the Membership & CRM Analytics team in Manchester. The role focuses on turning complex membership data into actionable insights to shape decisions across the Co-op, supporting membership strategy and customer engagement.
You’ll work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, source and interrogate data from multiple systems, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
£42,000 - £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We're looking for a Membership & CRM Data Analyst to join our Advanced Insight & Analytics team and help us better understand our members, customers and colleagues through data. You'll turn complex information into clear, actionable insights that help shape decisions across our Co-op, supporting our membership strategy and customer engagement activity. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll use data analysis, problem-solving and storytelling to uncover opportunities that drive better outcomes for our customers and the wider business.
