A progressive hospitality group is seeking a Membership Coordinator to provide administrative support to the membership team and members. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-of-house or admin support within a hospitality environment and be proficient in Office 365. Responsibilities include managing the CRM system, processing applications, and liaising with the finance team. Job description

Reporting to the Membership Experience Manager, as Membership Coordinator you will be the go-to person for the membership team and members for all administrative support. Integral to the role is a good understanding of all details related to all membership products, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Consistently update and manage the CRM and other internal systems (Nexudus, Essensys, Hubspot, Gallagher, Doorflow, One Drive).
  2. Process all application forms & prepare welcome packs for new members.
  3. Manage all renewals according to the agreed procedures.
  4. Liaise with the finance team on all member-related invoicing, payment, and refund processes.
  5. Communicate and coordinate all study moves with the House teams to ensure they have the specified requirements for each move.
  6. Responsible for all digital and paper filing associated with membership.
  7. Manage existing member accounts.
  8. Support the Membership Experience Manager with administrative tasks, systems setup, and process alignment for Maslow's existing and future locations.
  9. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows to improve member satisfaction and efficiency.
  10. Perform other tasks as reasonably required in line with business needs.
  11. Act as an ambassador for Maslow's at all times.

The ideal candidate will have front-of-house/reception/admin support experience within a hospitality environment and be proficient with Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook. Additional requirements include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Nexudus CRM and/or Hubspot CRM is desirable but not essential.
