A progressive hospitality group is seeking a Membership Coordinator to provide administrative support to the membership team and members. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-of-house or admin support within a hospitality environment and be proficient in Office 365. Responsibilities include managing the CRM system, processing applications, and liaising with the finance team. Reporting to the Membership Experience Manager, as Membership Coordinator you will be the go-to person for the membership team and members for all administrative support. Integral to the role is a good understanding of all details related to all membership products, processes, and procedures.
