Port Melbourne Chargers Women’s Football Club is an amateur women’s only football club competing in the Victorian Amateur Football Association. Established in 2025, our club hosts Premier & Divisional Women’s teams.
The Football Operations Committee Member provides strategic oversight and governance of all football-related matters. This role supports the development of a high-performing community-based football environment by guiding coaching standards, enabling player development pathways, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering alignment with AFL and VAFA strategies, including adherence to rules, policies, and structures.
