Responsibilities

  • Ensure a five-star customer experience for all Members' Private Dining and Functions.
  • Promote event spaces for member events.
  • Manage and oversee events.
  • Identify and advise on improvements to enhance the Member experience.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to identify potential corporate members.
  • Respond to customer feedback and address recurring issues.
  • Attend weekly meetings to coordinate regimental events.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and upselling.
  • Handle incoming member inquiries and convert them into bookings.
  • Prepare proposals for new inquiries, ensuring standards and client expectations are met.
  • Keep sales and booking records up-to-date.
  • Show prospective clients around the venue.
  • Support promotional activities and maintain good interdepartmental relationships.
  • Represent the venue professionally at all times.
  • Achieve KPIs set by management.

Searcys is looking for a Members Events Co-ordinator to coordinate the experience for Members and the Regiment who use The HAC, ensuring the highest standards of service across all services offered by The Honorary Artillery Company.

The HAC is a unique venue; a Grade II listed building set in a five-acre garden, located just a few minutes walk from Old Street.
