A leading credit union in Chelmsford seeks a UX Designer to enhance user experience by collaborating with stakeholders and conducting research. What You'll Do | Summary/Objective: The role is responsible for championing the experience strategy of the credit union by collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization to balance member needs with the business goals of the credit union while advocating for member-centric design principles across the organization's web, mobile app, and other applications. This role will partner with internal clients to define and conduct research and strategic planning necessary to bring improved experiences to life in collaboration with UI and UX designers and developers. This individual will also, through observation and quantitative and qualitative analysis, audit existing experience to inform prototype solutions to user pain points. Overall, this position will help to make our experiences user-friendly, accessible, functional and consistent.
