Job summary

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is seeking a Member Journey Host to join the Acquisitions team. You will be the warm heartbeat of the club, building emotional connections and guiding members through personalised experiences and the broader Virgin Active community.

You will engage daily with members, identifying disengagement early, reconnecting with non responders, and coordinating with fitness and wellness services to create memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful emotional connections with members.

• Monitor DDI/Debtor lists and support re-engagement and retention.
• Identify disengagement signs and craft tailored re-engagement plans.
• Celebrate member milestones and connect to services and events.
• Act as concierge to connect members with PTs, classes and wellness services.
