Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our premium health clubs in the UK.

You will help ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week, by assisting across departments with tasks from cleaning to opening and closing duties and welcoming members. In this role you will work as part of a collaborative team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members.
• Support teams wherever needed to maintain a welcoming club environment.
