Job Description:

We’re recruiting for a Member Communications and Client Campaign Manager to join us.

In this role, you will develop and deliver member communication materials and engagement campaigns that support workplace members and schemes through the end-to-end member lifecycle, driving optimal member outcomes and meeting the commercial needs of the Workplace division. You will use Member Insight and data analytics to iterate and improve communications and campaigns, maximising their impact.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Designing and delivering campaigns and communications that support contact and engagement strategies for members, working efficiently within budget and timescales, observing brand guidelines and Tone of Voice to ensure customer centricity, and aligning with L&G’s Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy.
  2. Collaborating with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials that meet brief and budget, ensuring they achieve commercial and business targets.
  3. Implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms to analyse campaign management data, maximising communication effectiveness to drive member and financial outcomes.
  4. Using customer/member insights, analytics, and feedback to review and improve activities, creating effective communications that support key messages and commercial objectives.
  5. Executing campaigns across appropriate channels within tight timeframes, employing robust test-and-learn activities to optimise impact.
  6. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration, leveraging expertise and understanding requirements.
  7. Adhering to risk and compliance frameworks, demonstrating professionalism, supportiveness, and engagement in marketing activities.
  8. Developing close working relationships across L&G Retail and Group, aligning learnings and customer journeys for optimal results and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with a Marketing or business-related degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Financial Services, either in-house or agency-side. Key qualities include:
