As part of our Engineering Graduate Programme, you can expect the following:

  • Placements at a variety of Manufacturing Sites, our Global Technology Centre, and within the Global Engineering Function. Performing and supporting engineering testing, verification, and delivery of technical content and solutions within an engineering laboratory, test, or work environment. Introduction and support of root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances with all relevant customer, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements, within agreed program, schedule, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Supporting operational and development Programs to enable and deliver zero defect projects, utilising engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Talented individuals with skills, enthusiasm, and passion to become leaders of the future in what they do. A degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering (2.1 or higher). An interest in the Aerospace industry.
  • 24 month programme with a guaranteed permanent opportunity on Graduation. Variety of business value add/rewarding placements across different programs and locations.
