RSE, a leading clean water technology company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Cumbernauld office. You will steer projects from enquiry to handover, coordinating engineers, site managers and subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality and budget discipline.

Role requires a degree/HND/HNC in engineering and solid project-management experience in water/MEICA sectors. A full UK driving licence and strong client management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Water industry experience is desirable with understanding of sector requirements.
• Proven track record in project management within engineering or supervisory roles.
• Strong time management, planning and organisational skills in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interpret technical instructions.

Responsabilités

• Project liaison from enquiry stage to final acceptance and documentation.
• Instruct, direct and allocate work to trades and apprentices with focus on quality and safety.
• Ensure technical information is available for design/construction delivery.
• Develop and manage project programmes for design and construction lifecycles.
• Identify and manage changes using contract mechanisms for extensions or claims.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and Profit/Loss responsibilities.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, tendering, and H&S review.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements; manage health and safety on site.
