A prominent recruitment agency is seeking an experienced MEICA Project Manager to lead major Water Sector projects in Bristol. Qualifications

My Client is recruiting for a MEICA Project Manager in the Water Sector

We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major Water Sector projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced MEICA Project Manager to lead and deliver MEICA elements of projects.

This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills and proven experience managing MEICA delivery and commissioning in the water industry.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering MEICA activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement MEICA strategies.
  • Manage design, construction, commissioning teams and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, designers, site teams and the supply chain.
  • Provide accurate reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards and framework requirements.
  • Drive best practice in safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee handover documentation including O&M manuals and commissioning records.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in MEICA design, delivery, construction on water and wastewater projects.
  • Strong background in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of hazardous areas / DSEAR and water industry standards
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • HNC, degree or engineering apprenticeship in a related discipline
  • CSCS/ECS / SMSTS /SSSTS
  • Professional membership (IET, IMechE, SOE) advantageous
