Job summary

Thames Water invites applications for an Engineering Delivery Manager in Beckton to oversee a large portfolio of capital projects, delivering MEICA solutions across wastewater, water production, and network functions. You will work with operational teams to embed commercial focus and corporate values while meeting health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role is hybrid with a base in Beckton STW, requires travel across the area, and offers up to £66,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial and technical role with engineering background.
• Degree or HND in engineering and/or business administration preferred.
• Understanding of civil engineering works, contracts, estimating and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MEICA construction solutions to process and network functions across assets.
• Manage procurement process, framework suppliers and subcontractor supply chain.
• Oversee resource management and training of assigned Project Engineers.
• Provide estimating, programming and planning support to the team.
• Ensure all projects meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
