MEH Engineering Integration Lead - Bristol, BS32 4TR, UK

Location: Bristol with occasional travel to London and France (3-4 days in the office per week, hybrid working arrangements).

Employment type: Permanent full-time/part-time. The role is expected to be full-time; however, we are open to discussing flexible or part-time options.

Salary: From £65,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.

Closing date: Sunday 10th August 2025. Interviews are expected in mid-August at our Bristol Office.

The Opportunity

Join our Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the UK's largest megaprojects, contributing to the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy. Sizewell C is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, following the success of Hinkley Point C, and aims to provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, supporting Britain’s goal of Net Zero by 2050.

The Role

As the MEH Engineering Integration Lead, you will manage technical integration across our Technical Directorate, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC (MEH) scopes. You will support the Engineering Integration team in aligning MEH engineering efforts, ensuring consistency and clarity across the project. Collaboration with project managers and engineering teams is essential to guide stakeholders on engineering design contracts and support decision-making.

You will maintain close ties with Sizewell C Delivery Programmes to manage interfaces and ensure contractual outcomes support the project’s goals. You will develop expertise in the Sizewell C MEH Engineering replication strategy, leading the shaping, updating, and implementation of MEH engineering sequences and documentation. This involves hands-on experience, training, and stakeholder collaboration.

Your responsibilities also include managing technical Project Work Requests, understanding changes and variations, and contributing to replication-focused training to ensure project teams understand technical aspects at appropriate levels.
