Job summary
ALTEN is seeking an on-site MEH/MEP engineer for the Hinkley Point C project in the UK. You will contribute to pre-construction readiness across Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC systems, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure documentation, sequencing, and readiness milestones are met for construction, installation, and commissioning.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience is required.
- Experience as MEP/MEH engineer on large infrastructure or energy projects.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications and technical docs.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-construction readiness for MEH systems on a nuclear project.
- Coordinate with design, construction and commissioning teams.
- Ensure readiness milestones and interfaces are aligned for installation.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with nuclear safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve interface clashes prior to installation.
