As the Meetings & Events Operations Manager, you will ensure flawless execution of client requirements, whilst consistently upholding our esteemed De Vere brand standards.
Your leadership style will be key to motivating our dedicated and diverse team and your expertise in the conference and events industry, coupled with your hospitality background, will contribute to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.

Your skills and experience:
• You have a genuine passion for and are experienced in the conference and events industry, prepared to put your heart and soul in to delivering memorable experiences for our guests
• You have management experience and enjoy inspiring members of the events team, finding the perfect balance between control and encouragement
• Your interpersonal skills enable you to make genuine connections with clients, guests and colleagues
• Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
