Responsibilities include:

• Proposing solutions for all M&E inquiries aligned with customer requests
• Developing strong client relationships to increase inquiries and business
• Collaborating with operational teams across hotels to ensure attention to detail
• Gathering client feedback to encourage repeat business
• Producing contracts and issuing invoices
• Demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
