Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Meetings and Events Operations Manager at the 5-Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and involves ensuring the smooth operation of all events with attention to detail and precision.

You will lead a large team, including event managers, coaching and developing them alongside the floor team. Your goal is to execute seamless events that exceed guest expectations and make all guests feel special.

About You:

You should have previous Events Operations experience within a similar environment. This role may suit an Assistant Meetings and Events Operations Manager seeking the next step in their career. You should be proficient with IT applications such as Opera and Office 365, demonstrate excellent leadership, attention to detail, customer service skills, and have impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
