A leading company is seeking a Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to provide exceptional service at the Engine Rooms at Birchwood Park. This role involves maximising revenue through client relationships, and it requires experience in the events and hospitality sector. Monday-Friday (occasional evenings & weekends) | 37.5 hours a week, between 8am-6pm
£12.60 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a driven Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to provide first-class service for the Engine Rooms at Birchwood Park on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
The Engine Rooms offers a unique and inviting place to meet, work, dine, and relax with friends. It is the perfect venue to host meetings and events of all occasions, alongside our food hall, which offers an ever-changing menu of freshly made street food, pizza, and salads. We also serve great Starbucks coffee!
We’re now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
Experience is essential for this role. You should be proficient in MS Office and CRM programs, confident in interacting with clients via phone, email, and in person. The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple workloads, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial. You should also be skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
