A leading company is seeking a Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to join their successful team at the Engine Rooms, Birchwood Park. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to handle event logistics effectively to enhance client experiences. You will be a vital part of the operations, ensuring all client needs are met while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service quality.
Meeting & Events Co-ordinator
Monday-Friday (occasional evenings & weekends) | 37.5 hours a week, between 8am-6pm
£12.60 per hour
We are currently recruiting a driven Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to provide first-class service at the Engine Rooms, Birchwood Park, on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
The Engine Rooms offers a unique and inviting space to meet, work, dine, and relax. It is an ideal venue for hosting meetings and events, complemented by our food hall serving a variety of freshly made street food, pizza, salads, and great Starbucks coffee.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
Experience is essential for this role. You should be proficient in MS Office and CRM programs, confident in client interactions via phone, email, and in person, able to manage multiple workloads under pressure, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to establish and nurture strong relationships is also important.
