A premier events venue in Warrington is seeking a Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality and is skilled in MS Office and CRM programs. This full-time role includes administrative duties and driving sales to ensure a memorable experience for all clients. Flexible working hours are included, with a competitive rate of £12.60 per hour.
Meeting & Events Co-ordinator
Monday-Friday (occasional evenings & weekends) | 37.5 hours a week, between 8am-6pm

We are currently recruiting for a driven Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to provide first-class service for the Engine Rooms at Birchwood Park on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
The Engine Rooms offers a unique and inviting place to meet, work, dine, and relax. It is the perfect venue to host meetings and events of any occasion, alongside our food hall, which offers an ever-changing menu of freshly made street food, pizza, and salads. We also serve great Starbucks coffee!
We are now looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team.
Experience is essential for this role. You should be proficient in using MS Office and CRM programs, confident in interacting with clients via phone, email, and in person. The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple workloads, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is required. You should also be skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
