  1. Enquiry Management: Ensure prompt, high-standard responses to all enquiries, focusing on delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
  2. Sales Conversion: Lead the enquiry process through to contract signing, using Radisson Hotel Group tools to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Handling Enquiries: Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via various platforms effectively.
  4. Fostering Sales Culture: Contribute to cultivating a sales-driven environment, capturing every potential opportunity.
  5. Upselling: Engage in cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue.
  6. Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, addressing enquiries proactively.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
