At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Supervisor role to join our great team in the Meeting & Events Operations areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels and wants to provide great hospitality to our guests, contributing to them having a memorable stay with us.

As Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor

We want you to be part of a great and diverse team working together to provide excellent hospitality and products to our guests in the restaurant, bar, or conference departments. We set high standards for ourselves so that we can surprise and delight our customers and deliver a great experience.

What we want you to have-
• Supervisory experience or be a strong Meeting & Events team member looking to take on additional responsibility
• Great communication skills to interact with guests and the team
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends, mornings, or evenings (no split-shifts)
• Ability to recognize customer needs and provide appropriate service
• Good people skills to work well in a team environment
• Genuine interest in hospitality
• Confidence with systems and payment handling
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prompt resolution of customer complaints

The job -
• Supervise the Meeting & Events Operations Crew, ensuring responsibilities are understood and duties performed to a high standard
• Be familiar with daily bookings to prepare the team and department
• Serve food and drinks, demonstrating excellent hospitality
• Maintain a visible presence to respond to guest requests and keep areas tidy
• Handle guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Train and motivate team members
• Ensure proper cash, float, and till procedures
