A leading hospitality group in Exeter is seeking a Meeting & Events Executive to coordinate various events from corporate bookings to personal celebrations. Meeting & Events Executive, Hotel du Vin
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour plus tronc / Hours; 24 hours
Type of Contract: Permanent
Location: Hotel du Vin Exeter
It’s all in the detail. From a meeting for 6 guests to a 100 cover wedding, it’s all in the detail and you make it happen.
We create memories that our guests never forget. At Hotel du Vin, we always go above and beyond expectations. As a Meetings and Events Executive, you will liaise with guests via email or phone before their visit. You will also showcase the hotel and actively sell the Meeting and Event space to prospective clients during their visits.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but a smile and personality are essential. You should be confident in selling over the phone and be computer literate. You will handle large corporate bookings, individual celebrations (weddings, anniversaries), seasonal and local community events. No two days are the same.
