Position: Events Waiter or Waitress

As an Events Waiter or Waitress, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

1. Creating an exceptional dining experience for guests across our event spaces within the hotel, including the Ballroom.
2. Communicating effectively and respectfully with guests and colleagues at all levels.
3. Having full knowledge of our food and drink menus, including allergens and dietary requirements.
4. Reading tables and understanding guests’ needs and dislikes to recommend suitable items.
5. Being an ambassador for Nobu and embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
