A healthcare trust in South West England is seeking volunteers to assist patients and visitors at the hospital. You will welcome individuals, provide clear directions, and offer support to those in need, spending time walking and standing. This role requires fluent English and a commitment to enhancing the visitor experience to ensure safety and comfort.
We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates as they are under-represented within the Trust.
We are currently seeking volunteers to meet and greet visitors at entrances to our hospitals, and provide support to members of the public to find their way around our hospitals.
