Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to help us ensure that everyone in Swanley can access our advice and support when needed.

Within this interesting and varied role, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable clients to access our advice services. You will not be expected to give advice yourself, but your role will be vital in making sure everyone, no matter how vulnerable, can access our advice in the most appropriate way. You will assist anyone who visits our advice centre in Swanley town centre by providing information on how to access our advice. Additionally, you will provide essential office administration support to ensure our office and advice services run effectively. As a small organisation, there are many opportunities to get involved in other tasks, depending on your interests.

The successful candidate will receive full training and will:

  1. Make a real difference to people’s lives and have a positive impact in your local community.
  2. Learn about various issues such as benefits, debt, employment, and housing.
