A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join their medicines optimisation team at Torbay Hospital. This role involves conducting medicines reconciliation, managing stock, providing patient counselling, and ensuring the highest pharmaceutical care standards. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills and be registered with the GPhC. Exciting opportunity to join our medicine optimisation team based at our units within Torbay Hospital site.
You will be based within our inpatient team and will be an integral part of the Multidisciplinary Team and help to embed medicine optimisation pharmacy services. Your skills and experience will be pivotal in supporting this by ensuring pharmaceutical care and medicines optimisation are fully implemented to the highest standards.
