Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor to support Medicare and Medicaid growth initiatives. You will deconstruct complex problems, perform targeted research, and craft actionable recommendations, shaping implementation with business owners across Humana's enterprises.

Focus areas include Medicare enrollment growth strategy and investment optimization, with cross-functional collaboration and exposure to Humana's Executive Management Team. Remote options and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4-6+ years in strategy development and/or consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative/qualitative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trust with business leaders.
• Collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis/work streams on high-impact strategy projects.
• Lead interviews/sessions with Medicare/Medicaid leaders and others.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.
• Scope and analyze customer/broker research for insights.
• Create high-quality analyses and deliverables with clear findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders across Humana.
