Job Description:

Role scope:

• Draft, revise, and finalize scientific materials such as abstracts, posters, slide decks, tables, figures, and data visualizations.
• Articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Evaluate source documents and develop appropriate visual and textual content.
• Provide editing, proofreading, and quality control for other team members.
• Collaborate with researchers and clients to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Participate remotely in client meetings as needed.
• Incorporate reviewer comments to improve document clarity and accuracy.
• Address conflicting comments from authors and reviewers.
• Conduct online literature searches and summarize findings.
• Manage journal and abstract submissions following guidelines.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership projects.

Qualifications:

• MSc or higher degree in life sciences, public health, or health economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical scientific writing, as a professional or student.
• Strong attention to detail, clarity, and scientific accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, public health, RWE, epidemiology, or HEOR writing is highly preferred.
