Job Description:

What will you be doing?

LCP’s Health Analytics team works across healthcare and life sciences markets, combining health expertise with innovative approaches to tackle leading health issues. Projects include:

• Development of GVDs, early value dossiers, AMCP, and formulary access tools
• HTA dossier development and submission management for the UK and Ireland (NICE / SMC / AWMSG / NCPE)
• Literature review and statistical analysis reports
• Publications such as posters, abstracts, and manuscripts
• Data visualisation and infographic deliverables
• Conference and advisory board reports

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead high-quality, referenced content tailored to target audiences
• Manage HEOR and market access medical writing projects, coordinating internal teams and clients
• Develop editorial standards, processes, and templates for the Health Analytics team
• Line manage and develop junior team members, depending on experience

What skills, qualities, and experience do you need?

• Proven experience as a medical writer in a consultancy environment, including HTA submissions and HEOR projects
• Experience in scientific/medical writing across Market Access/HEOR materials
• Excellent MS Office skills and reference management software proficiency
• Ability to conduct literature searches and reviews using scientific databases
• Experience developing editorial standards and working with visual and prose formats
• Experience leading client-facing presentations and reports
• Ability to conduct targeted secondary research
• Experience managing project activities and workloads
• Comfort with diverse project types across HTA, market access, and HEOR
• Business development experience is desirable
• Initiative, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
