Fittleworth Medical is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient operations, including receiving, processing, storing, and dispatching goods. You will help ensure product integrity, data accuracy, and safety compliance while collaborating with goods-in, replenishment, dispensing, or order fulfilment teams as needed.

Key duties include picking, packing, and dispatching orders, maintaining stock records, and handling returns.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy with Word/Excel and warehouse systems.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against documentation.
• Accurately pick, check, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Support customization of specialised medical products as required.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support replenishment of forward areas.
• Process returns, record discrepancies, and report damage or quality issues.
• Safely load, unload, move, and store stock using manual or mechanical aids.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment per SOPs and H&S.
• Communicate with operational and customer service teams to ensure workflow continuity.
• Participate in stock checks and cycle counts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and personal performance goals.
