The postholder will be responsible for accurately summarising and coding relevantclinical information into patients electronic healthcare records using SystmOne,in accordance with organisational protocols and clinical coding standards. Theywill also manage the entire patient registration pathwayfrom initialregistration through to processing deductionsensuring accuracy,confidentiality, and adherence to procedures.
Additionally,the role includes providing administrative support to the widermultidisciplinary team and supporting data quality, information governance, andclinical governance standards.
