Job description

Medical Solutions Lead (Neurology), Chesterfield

CK Group is recruiting for a Medical Solutions Lead in Neuroimmunology & Rare Diseases to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for initially 12 months.

Salary: PAYE from £40.00 - £50.00 per hour; Umbrella from £55.00 - £66.00 per hour, inside IR35.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the highest scientific expert for the asset and therapeutic area.
  2. Support regional medical activities, including international congresses and pan-European initiatives.
  3. Develop coordinated regional solutions for medical education and patient identification.
  4. Review relevant regional medical content and develop advocacy concepts.
  5. Engage with top national and international Thought Leaders (KOLs) and build regional networks.
  6. Consolidate regional medical insights and contribute to global medical strategy.
  7. Support the regional medical community for the assigned disease area and asset.
  8. Assist local teams and global medical community with training on the latest medical data.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's Degree or Pharmacy degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Neurology or Rare Diseases preferred.
  • At least 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with supported Congress and KOL engagement.
  • Strong strategic, business, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, communication skills, and adaptability.

This role is remote but may require travel to congress events and team meetings.
