Job description

Medical Solutions Lead - Neuroimmunology and Rare Disease

14578 | Contract | £55 - £80 Per Hour | Fully Remote | Updated on: 08-05-2025

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Solutions Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the UK on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will support the European Medical Lead in neuroimmunology and rare diseases, providing medical and scientific input to develop regional medical priorities.

This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension. The role focuses on the EU market and involves supporting over 18 congress events this year.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the highest scientific expert in the Neuroinflammatory and Neuroimmunology area, offering leadership and scientific knowledge.
  2. Support the execution of regional medical activities, including international congresses and pan-European initiatives.
  3. Develop coordinated regional solutions for medical education and patient identification.
  4. Review relevant regional medical content and develop advocacy concepts.
Role Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred but not essential.
  • Extensive industry experience in Rare Diseases and Neurology, with substantial Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Practical experience with strategic and business acumen, including the ability to critically analyze complex data.
