  • Able to guide, support and check the work of your multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Creative problem-solving, generating innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Travel to medical industry events (Including International events) such as trade shows, seminars, conferences to represent DCA.

  • Attention to detail and a drive to achieve excellence.

What you need

  • Have experience working in a medical product design or development environment, applying Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques to deliver medical and scientific product solutions, utilising a wide range of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional results across a range of medical projects.
  • A track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary medical projects and client relations.
  • For this role, we will expect you to work in our Warwick studios, so you must be prepared to commute or relocate and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of and experience in high-volume manufacturing processes such as injection moulding.
  • To lead by example in setting standards with a “can-do” attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.
