A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Medical Secretary to support the Urology Department. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing patient pathways, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Candidates should have experience with NHS systems and excellent communication skills, contributing to the efficient operation of the department.

The shift pattern for this position is negotiable.
This role involves specialized medical secretarial support for inpatient and outpatient clinical care. A good understanding of Board/Departmental policies and procedures is essential, along with excellent communication skills to ensure accurate and timely information transfer. Experience with NHS systems, including Trak and Clinical Portal, is required. Experience with waiting list management is desirable.
