Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Band 4 Medical Secretary to join the Medicine Divisional Secretarial Team at East Surrey Hospital. The purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative service to our patients, teams of consultants and clinical nurse specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to patients, consultants, and clinical nurse specialists within the Medicine Division.
  • Prioritise workload effectively in a pressurised environment and manage competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Work as part of a team to cover arrangements between secretarial teams within departments and across clinical services in the medicine division as required.
