Medical Secretary / Practice Manager

Up to £42,000 + Bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Secretary to support a leading private healthcare professional in Bristol. This is a remote role with weekly in-person meetings in the Bristol or East Grinstead areas and offers a generous salary of £42,000 plus a performance-related bonus. You’ll be working closely with a surgical specialist known for exceptional patient care and innovation in their field. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is confident managing both professional and personal administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate an exceptionally busy diary, including clinic schedules, theatre bookings, and meetings.
  • Handle all correspondence, acting as the key point of contact for patients and professionals.
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Keep professional registrations, insurance, and mandatory training records up to date.
  • Liaise with patients and gather regular feedback, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous PA or administrative experience within healthcare, private practice, or similar high-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to manage occasional out-of-hours responsibilities and urgent requests.
