NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
This is a permanent, fulltime post of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced medical secretary to join our team, providing administrative secretarial support to our Paediatric Gastroenterology Team.
You should have significant secretarial experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS365 applications. Knowledge of other NHS administration systems including Trakcare, Opera and Clinical Portal would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
You are required to be a flexible individual, with the ability to work well within a team. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.
