Job Description:

The role involves working Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700, at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital within the Pathology administration team. Responsibilities include typing pathology and post-mortem reports, handling telephone enquiries from clinical staff, booking appointments, taking minutes at meetings, and managing specimen dispatch to other laboratories. Candidates should have an HNC in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration, advanced keyboard and audio typing skills, medical terminology knowledge, and experience in minute taking. This position does not support home working due to the nature of the tasks and systems used.
