We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Medical Secretary to join our admin team within the Rehabilitation Directorate. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, based at Tickhill Road Hospital.
The successful candidate will be reliable and capable of providing confidential, high-quality administrative and telephone services. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within the team and support and mentor colleagues. Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with people at all levels.
If you do not already possess a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH offers this post alongside the opportunity to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role. As an apprentice, you will gain valuable experience, develop work-related skills, and obtain a nationally recognized qualification through regular training with a college or training organization. Approximately 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to training or studying.
