NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Medical Secretary to join their team in Kirkcaldy. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, requiring excellent communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in audio typing and Microsoft packages. The position offers flexibility and is supportive of inclusivity in the workplace.
We require a Medical Secretary to join our busy team, providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support within the Acute Service.
You should have proven secretarial and administrative experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. You should be a competent audio typist with a robust working knowledge of Microsoft packages. A working knowledge and understanding of NHS Waiting Times would be desirable.
You will require to be a flexible and motivated individual, and have the ability to work on your own or with others.
