Fulwood Hall Hospital Preston

Full Time 37.5hrs per week must be flexible

Fulwood Hall Hospital, located in Preston, was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire. We are registered for 30 beds, have 3 Theatres, a Daycase Unit and full supporting Outpatient Services. Fulwood Hall Hospital offers a wide range of surgical procedures with diagnostic and treatment facilities.

What you’ll do

We have a great opportunity for a Medical Secretary to join our successful and professional team at the Fulwood Hospital in Preston.

Your main task will be supporting our consultants with fast and precise record creation which is so important to the smooth running of patient management. You will be expected to multi-task across a range of secretarial duties; offer good judgement in escalating issues, prioritising jobs, highly accurate typing, as these tasks all play an important part of your role. You’ll be valued for your skills and expertise and have the chance to build on them through our Ramsay Academy, too.
