  • Administrative Support: Transcribe medical letters and reports, manage calls and emails, and handle patient correspondence.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
  • ️ Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with data protection standards.
  • Reception Duties: Assist at the reception to provide a welcoming experience for patients.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments and liaise with medical insurers, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Professionalism: Courteous demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems (training provided if necessary).
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong audio typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical secretarial role is advantageous.
  • Legal Requirements: Valid DBS and right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided), valid passport, and share code for right to work (if not a British or EU passport holder).
