Who you’ll be working for:

Established approximately 30 years ago, you will be joining a UK-based medical device company. With its foundation in the development of enteral feeding solutions, the company has expanded its portfolio to include products catering to the urology and respiratory sectors. They offer an extensive range of products, including nasogastric (NG) tubes, gastrostomy feeding systems, non-invasive ventilation (NIV) face masks, and other specialised equipment for patient care.

What you’ll be doing:

This growing British manufacturer of enteral feeding tubes and safety syringes now has an opportunity for a talented individual, with or without previous sales experience, to shine in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will manage and grow an established territory, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide clinical training and support to healthcare providers.

This role involves selling the products ranges into various areas within NHS and private hospitals, including ITU and CCU. Developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Selling at a clinical and procurement level.

  • Independently managing time on territory.
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships with buyers and key account members. The customer base will include ward managers, nurses, specialist nurses, clinical educators and procurement.
  • Planning, negotiation and implementing sales.
  • Clinical training and support. During product evaluations and product adoptions.

Stakeholders selling to: Ward Managers, Nurses, Specialist Nurses, Clinical Educators, Procurement

Here’s what you need:

  • For this role, you will be an experienced medical sales professional (up to one year's experience) or a graduate / nurse looking to break into the industry. Someone with a year or two of experience in medical sales.
  • Personality is key! You must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented go-getter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries quickly.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks through careful organisation.

Bonus points if you have: Experience in non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is highly desirable.

Basic Salary:£25,000 for grad up to £40k for someone with experience
