We are seeking a driven and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing team in the UK. This home-based role involves travel across the UK, focusing on building the medical market from scratch. Responsibilities include driving sales within the medical sector, targeting healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and dietitians in hospital and private healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the UK market for medical devices, targeting healthcare professionals.
• Generate new business through cold calls and emails, aiming for 3 appointments per week.
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual sales presentations to medical professionals.
• Attend product training webinars and shadow team members for on-the-job training.
• Participate in relevant conferences to promote products and expand professional networks.
• Perform device demonstrations in clinical settings after training.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate meetings.

The Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven sales record.
• Degree or Master’s in Medical Science, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, or related field (preferred).
• Based in London or surrounding areas preferred; willing to travel across the UK.
• Valid UK driving license is essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a developing market with growth opportunities.
• Target-driven, with strong communication and presentation skills.
