Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular face-to-face visits with:
o Practice Nurses
o ENT/Respiratory/Oncology/Dermatology specialists
o Community pharmacists
· Develop relationships with key decision-makers – Consultants, Nurse and Clinical Pharmacist
· Present and demonstrate NeilMed product benefits and usage
· Provide samples, clinical literature, and educational materials
· Provide expert sales & training support to customers to optimize patient care outcomes
· Promote the company's portfolio of ENT/Respiratory products
Implement strategies to achieve revenue growth
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback via CRM
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pharmacy teams to drive pull-through
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends
· To plan and conduct regular educational meetings such as department meeting.
· Regularly attend national and regional conferences
· Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful
· Provide ongoing support and education to customers
· Assist & execute with regulatory and marketing initiatives
· Travel throughout the designated region
Area - North West London
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (OTC, devices, ENT or Respiratory or primary care)
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Proven ability to build relationships with HCPs
· Strong technical and clinical knowledge of ENT/Respiratory therapy (a plus)
· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proficiency in standard office software and web-based communication tools
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
· Must have own vehicle as this is field based job. You will receive Car allowance.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel (details to be confirmed)
